Absolutely terrible service. Put pressure on to arrange a pick up within a couple of hours and provided unpackaged product to the courier driver. This obviously all arrived damaged (chipped and shattered).
Palmers then refused to accept any responsibility for thousands of dollars of glass being damaged in transit. Would never recommend Palmers ever.
I am VERY happy with the shower screens from the initial visit and measuring, the clear comprehensive brochure, the quoted price (which remained consistent) and the fitting.
Daniel, who fitted my screens for two showers, is fabulous, completing a thorough, neat, perfect job. He problem solved two unexpected issues and successfully sorted these out for me.
The final shower screens have transformed my two bathrooms. I am delighted and wholeheartedly recommend Palmers Glass.
